As you can see, the Misfits have pulled out all the stops for your enjoyment of their latest melodrama comedy, MUMMY DEAREST.
They will take you into an ancient Egyptian pyramid in search of an extremely valuable jewel encrusted alabaster bowl. Along the way our audiences will regale at funny jokes, and the amazing dancers and snake charmer. The play introduces one of our newest actresses who is beginning her career with us at age 10. We also will be presenting professional belly dancers along with our valuable and talented cast f omthe community. An interesting twist comes from references to Verdi’s opera Aida.
To find out if our hero finds the bowl, if good triumphs over evil, and if true love prevails, come see MUMMY DEAREST, which is showing at the Dayton Community Center, Oct. 29, 30, 31 and Nov. 5, 6, and 7. The shows on the 31st and 7th are matinees at 2:pm. The other dates are evening performances.
