All proceeds of this evening will be donated to the Comstock Foundation for History and Culture and will be used towards the restoration and preservation of the Donovan Mill.

These are real paranormal investigations and we must ask that participants not be under the influence of any drugs or alcohol. Intoxicated guests will be asked to leave. As will anybody who does not respect the Spirits or our team members.

Due to the very haunted and active nature of paranormal investigations, this is not for the faint of heart. Guests aged 13 – 17 must be accompanied by an Adult 21 or older.

Bring your flashlight and hand-held ghost hunting tools, wear closed-toed shoes, and dress in layers due to changing weather conditions.
